Return & Exchange Policy

At Ditman Enterprise, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in delivering fashion that fits you perfectly, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting an exchange or return.


🛠 1. In Case of a Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product or size
  • Or if something from your order is missing

You are eligible for a FREE exchange.

What to do:

  • Email us at ditmanentrprise1618@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share the order details and a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will raise a reverse pickup.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either:
    • Ship your replacement, or
    • Provide store credits (no refunds).
  • Note: COD charges are non-refundable.


💡 2. Didn’t Like the Product / Wrong Size / Personal Reason

We understand – sometimes styles don’t click. You can still opt for an exchange.

🔁 Exchange is available with a nominal shipping/handling charge.

Steps to follow:

  • Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our team will share a payment link for the reverse pickup.
  • Once the charge is paid, we’ll arrange a pickup.
  • After quality check, we’ll either:
    • Ship your new item(s), or
    • Provide store credits (valid for your next order).
  • Note: Refunds are not available in this case.
  • An unboxing video is compulsory for all exchange claims.


🔎 Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
  2. You must provide a valid invoice or order confirmation.
  3. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  4. Unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange – no exceptions.
