If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product or size, or if something from your order is missing, you are eligible for a FREE exchange.
To process your request, please email us at ditmanentrprise1618@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Kindly share your order details along with a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either ship your replacement product or provide store credits. Please note that refunds are not applicable and COD charges are non-refundable.
We understand that sometimes styles or sizes may not work as expected. In such cases, you can still opt for an exchange with a nominal shipping and handling charge.
To initiate the exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will share a payment link for the reverse pickup charges. Once the payment is completed, we will arrange the pickup.
After the returned product passes the quality check, we will either dispatch the new item(s) or provide store credits that can be used on your next purchase. Refunds are not available in these cases.
Please note that an unboxing video is compulsory for all exchange claims.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
A valid invoice or order confirmation is required.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
